Partially Reversing a Transaction

In the event that, you Captured a transaction, assuming that you had the required quantity of the product in-stock and then realised that this not the case; you may wish to partially reverse this transaction.

Process for PARTIALLY Reversing a Captured Transaction

1. Login into your Merchant Administration Interface at http://secure.trillionpay.com/merchant

2. Click on the Reversal button on the menu

3. Click on the Reverse button next to the transaction that you want to refund

4. Click OK on the pop-up warning box to continue

5. Mention the Reason for Reversal for your own records

6. Enter the Reversal Amount LESS THAN the Amount of the Transaction to PARTIALLY Reverse this transaction

7. Click on the Reverse button to complete the process.

NOTE: Transactions can be reversed only once.
