Once a transaction has been Authorised by the Credit Card Issuing Bank,
merchants have approximately 13 days to Capture the same.
In accordance to this policy, TrillionPay allows you 13 days to capture a
transaction. Any transaction not captured within this timeframe is
marked as Authorisation Cancelled and the payment previously
authorised for your Customer's transaction is released.
If you wanted to Capture this transaction but somehow missed [capturing it
within 13 days], you now have 2 options:
1. Request the Customer to transact again and Capture this transaction
within 13 days, or
2. Request the TrillionPay Support Team by
creating a Support Request at http://support.trillionpay.com/support/ to try
capturing this transaction. We can try to Capture this transaction on your
behalf until 5 days [after the end of this 13 day deadline]. However,
there will be a USD 25 charge for every such request.
Note
1. We can not assure you that we would be able to Capture this
transaction, since the Credit Card Issuing Bank could have already released
these funds.
2. The USD 25 fee is applicable for all requests and is
non-refundable, even if we are not able to capture this
transaction.
