You can track every Transaction that your Customer does on your merchant website, using the TrillionPay Payment Gateway and our Acquiring Bank - SBM, from the TrillionPay Merchant SBM Transactions interface.

To access your TrillionPay Merchant SBM Transactions interface, follow the below mentioned process:

1. Login into your Merchant Administration Interface at http://secure.trillionpay.com/merchant

2. Click on the Transactions button on the menu

This interface displays each Transactions under the following fields:

  1. Date - The date of the transaction.

  2. Tracking ID - A unique ID provided by the TrillionPay Payment Gateway, to identify a transaction and track its status.

  3. Description - A unique Order ID assigned by you for a particular Product/Service.

  4. Card Holder's Name - The Credit Card Holder's Name as filled by your Customer on the Transaction Page.

  5. Auth Amount (USD) - The amount in US Dollars charged to your Customer's Credit Card. This amount is EQUAL TO the amount you had listed for a particular Order on your Checkout page.

  6. Captured Amount (USD) - The amount in US Dollars you decided to Capture FROM the amount already charged. This amount MAYBE EQUAL TO the Auth Amount, depending upon whether you decided to do a Partial Capture or Full Capture.

  7. Refunded Amount (USD) - The amount in US Dollars you decided to Reverse FROM the amount already Captured. This amount MAYBE EQUAL TO the Auth Amount and Captured Amount, depending upon whether you decided to do a Partial Reversal or Full Reversal. However, in most cases this field will display a zero.

  8. Status - The exact Status of the transaction.

The Search interface on the top of this interface, allows you to locate any transaction by tweaking the Period, Transacting Bank, Status and Description fields.
