The TrillionPay server may display you a message, classifying your transaction as High Risk and request you to send a FAX to us with a said document. This process is for your safety as it authenticates that a particular large transaction is being done by the Card Holder itself.
It is possible that you may find this process a bit cumbersome and may wish to cancel this transaction. At this point you need to contact TrillionPay.com by creating a Support Request, Cancelling a particular Transaction, while mentioning the following:
Tracking ID
Amount
Date of Transaction
LAST 8 DIGITS of your Credit Card Number
Now, you need to understand this that at this time, this particular transaction amount has ALREADY been Authorised by the Issuing Bank of your Credit Card. So in effect this Amount has been blocked by your Bank from your Total Credit Limit, untill a set number of days, varying from bank to bank. During this time, your Transaction worth of money will be frozen [unavailable] in your Credit Card account.
After you create a Support Request for cancelling this Transaction, we will attempt to contact your Credit Card Issuing Bank to CANCEL this Transaction Authorisation, so that this transaction amount can be made available to you.
You may also contact your Credit Card Issuing Bank with the below mentioned information and inform them that you have Cancelled this particular Transaction:
Tracking ID
Amount
Date of Transaction
Your Credit Card Number
