When any transaction happens, it passes through different stages. All the stages are recognised by its Status. The Merchant can see the
current status of any transaction from his Merchant Interface under the Transactions menu. Definition of different status used by TrillionPay are as below.
Begun Processing - Customer has just started the transaction and is filling card details.
Auth Started - Customer has filled-in all the details on the Credit Card page and now this request is being processed on the TrillionPay server for Authentication.
Auth Successful - Customer is successfully authorised. So now the Merchant can Capture the Transaction Amount in Order to Credit his account.
Auth Failed - TrillionPay found that some of Credit Card data entered by Customer is incorrect. This transaction has failed.
Proof Required - Either the Transaction amount is more than the High Risk Amount or TrillionPay has detected the transaction to be a High Risk Transaction. Thus, the Customer needs to send the Proof Documents to TrillionPay, in order to complete the transaction.
Capture Started - The Merchant has Captured the Transaction and the Request for Capture is being processed on the TrillionPay server.
Capture Successful - The Transaction is successfully captured and the amount will be credited to the Merchant within the next 2 business days.
Capture Failed - Capture has Failed due to an Unknown Error and the Merchant needs to contact the TrillionPay Support Team.
POD Sent to SBM - The "Proof of Delivery" for the transaction has been sent to SBM Bank for crediting the Merchant's Account in TrillionPay with the Transaction Amount.
Settled - Transaction amount has been credited to the Merchant's Account.
Reversal Request Sent - The Merchant has reversed the transaction and the transaction is now marked for Reversal.
Reversed - The Transaction has been reversed and the Transaction Amount has been Debited from your Merchant Account. Also, your Customer's Credit Card will be re-credited with the transaction amount.
Chargeback - Customer has disputed a transaction and claimed charge back on the transaction. The transaction amount has been debited from the Merchant's Account and will be credited to the Customer.
Cancelled by Customer - The Transaction could not be completed and Customer had left TrillionPay page BEFORE completion of the transaction.
Cancelled Transaction - The Request for Authorisation could not reach the TrillionPay server and the transaction could NOT proceed ahead.
Authorisation Cancelled - The Credit Card was successfully Authorised by the Issuing Bank but EITHER Customer has not provided the Proof Documents to the Merchant OR Merchant did not want to continue with this transaction and he has Cancelled it.
